The presence of polyurethane product is simply undeniable

People mostly people think of tires, rubber bands or pencil erasers when they hear the word “rubber”. However rubber is basically an elastic and water-resistant polyurethane product which can be formulated to trap air and not conduct electricity. The most distinguishing characteristic of rubber is that it can be stretched to two, three, five, even 10 times its original length without breaking. The best part is, rubber once again snaps back to its original size and remains unaltered. For its distinctive characteristics manufacturers of rubber grommets, rubber washer, rubber "o" ring, rubber bucket, rubber bellow, rubber diaphragm, rubber bush, Rubber oil-seal have gained significant attention these days.

Possibly you know this already; rubber can actually be squeezed, twisted or distorted and still rubber retains its original shape. This is typically because rubber consists of thousands of loosely joined molecules to make long, tangled chains. In fact these chains of molecules can be pulled apart easily, but spring back together upon release and this makes rubber and pp & hdpe based products unique. Rubber also has astoundingly high abrasion resistance and also remains unaffected by the corrosive action of most common chemicals.

Of course; rubber can be formulated for applications ranging from healthcare to space travel and everything from rubber stamps to rubber anti vibration pad, polyurethane product, rubber cork gasket, molding dies and artificial hearts rubber has made its permanent place in almost any and every sector.

The history of rubber tells, natural rubber was originally derived from a milky liquid which was produced by some plants. An incision is made into the bark of the tree and the sticky, milk colored sap collected and refined into a usable material. Natural rubber is used extensively in many applications and products. Ranging from rubber grommets, rubber washer, rubber "o" ring, rubber bucket, rubber bellow, rubber diaphragm, rubber bush, rubber oil-seal to rubber anti vibration pad, rubber cork gasket, molding dies and other polyurethane products the presence of rubber is simply undeniable.
